Product Warranty & Returns Policy

All SailPro hardware products are covered by a limited 30-day warranty, unless otherwise noted on the product listing or packaging.

This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage resulting from:

​

  • Water ingress, improper sealing, or exposure to high temperatures;

  • Misuse, neglect, impact, or general wear and tear;

  • Modification, repair, or alteration by anyone other than SailPro or its authorised agents.

​

The warranty covers replacement of the defective product only. SailPro accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, or malfunction of devices or personal items placed inside SailPro hardware products, including waterproof pouches, armbands, or mounts.


No compensation or reimbursement will be provided for damage to phones, cameras, or other valuables caused by misuse, accident, or product failure.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Statutory Rights (Australian Customers)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy


Overview

Given that SailPro hardware items are typically used in high-moisture environments, care should always be taken to protect the device. Because of this, we can only offer 30-day returns. Returned items will be carefully inspected for water exposure and end-user damage to ensure they are in original condition.

At SailPro, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

​

Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

All returns will be inspected for water or physical damage prior to approval.

Return Process
​
  • Complete a SailPro warranty return request by clicking here before returning any product to obtain a return authorisation and shipping address.

  • Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  • Ship the Item: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds
​

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within the time frame set by your card issuer.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, contact support@sailpro.app
 

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
